The 60-day promise
Wear it. Wash it. Take it out for the night. If Mirelle isn't right for
you, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.
You don't need to send anything back. No return label, no post office,
no shipping cost to you. Keep the bra or pass it on to a friend.
How to claim
Email care@wearmirelle.com with your order number and the email address
you ordered with. That's all we need. We'll confirm within one business
day and issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on
your bank, it takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Free size swap
Wrong size is not a return. Email us within 60 days of delivery and we
ship your correct size at no charge. You keep the first one. One free
swap per order.
Cancelling an order
Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it. After that
your order is usually already with our fulfilment partner and we'll
handle it as a refund under the 60-day promise instead.
Scope
The 60-day promise covers one order per customer in any 12-month
period. It applies to orders placed at wearmirelle.com for personal
use. It does not apply to wholesale or reseller orders, or to orders
we've identified as fraudulent.
We reserve the right to decline a claim where there is evidence of
abuse, including repeat claims across multiple accounts, addresses or
payment methods.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
