These terms govern your use of wearmirelle.com and any order you place
with us. By placing an order you accept them.
. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send
you a shipping confirmation, not when you receive an order confirmation
or when your card is charged.
We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time
before shipping. If we do, we refund you in full within 5 business
days. Reasons include suspected fraud, orders we believe are placed for
resale, quantities outside normal personal use, delivery addresses we
cannot service, and pricing or listing errors.
. Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and include all duties and import taxes.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or
human error, we may cancel any order placed at that price and refund
you in full, even if the order was confirmed. We will always tell you
before cancelling.
Promotional pricing applies only while displayed and cannot be applied
retroactively to an order already placed.
. The product
Mirelle is an item of clothing. It changes how you look in what you
wear. It is not a medical device and we make no health, medical or
therapeutic claims about it.
Sizing guidance on this site is guidance, not a guarantee of fit. This
is why we offer a free size swap and a 60-day refund.
Colours may appear differently on different screens. Small variations
in shade and finish between production runs are normal and are not
defects.
. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are
covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.
. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a photo, video, review or message, you give us a
worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing, and you
confirm it is your own genuine experience. We do not pay for, edit or
condition reviews. We may remove content that is abusive, false or
infringes someone else's rights.
. Our content
Everything on this site (text, images, video, design, the Mirelle name
and logo) belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy,
resell or use it commercially without our written consent.
. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in
connection with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid
for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost
time, lost opportunity, or events dependent on a delivery arriving by a
particular date.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and
nothing here affects the consumer rights you have under the mandatory
law of the country you live in.
. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond
our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs, weather,
strikes, or supplier failure.
. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is
the one published when you placed it.
