Processing: 1 to 2 business days after you order.
Delivery: 6 to 10 business days after processing.
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves.
Orders ship from our fulfilment partner. All duties and import taxes
are already included in the price you paid. You will never be asked
for anything extra on delivery.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather,
customs inspections and peak periods can add time and are outside our
control.
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it, email
care@wearmirelle.com and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in
full. Your choice.
Address errors
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's wrong, email us
within 2 hours and we'll correct it. Once a parcel has shipped to an
incorrect address we can't recover it, but we'll help you sort it out.
Everything ships in plain packaging. Nothing on the outside says what's
inside.
