A strapless bra that closes behind you has nothing to pull against. This one closes at your sternum, where you can see it and tighten it exactly where you need it.
Then the silicone runs the whole way around the band instead of sitting in two thin strips at the edges, and three flexible stays under each arm stop the top edge rolling when you lift your arms.
Your cup letter, then your band. A 34B lands on M, a 34C lands on L. The finder does it for you in ten seconds, or you can measure your underbust if you'd rather be exact.
It runs snug on purpose. The compression is what holds it up. If you'd rather have less hold, take the next size up. Get it wrong and we swap it free, both ways.
Mirelle is built for A, B and C cups. On a D or above the cups gape at the top and the band rolls down, and no size swap fixes that.
